It began with one lucky order and has quietly become a rating system. If a café offers elderflower and sage cold brew, it goes straight to the top of the list. If it doesn't, we ask why.
The Flavour
Floral first, herbal underneath, and cold enough to make the walk over worthwhile. Sage sounds like it shouldn't work in a coffee. It absolutely does.
Where We've Found It
Kleinod's elderflower is the closest we've come so far, and their canal view doesn't hurt. If you know somewhere better, send it our way — we will make the trip and report back.
