Hexwood Hollow, for the Third Time
Some books are less a plot and more a place you keep returning to. This is the book club pick for the 25th — join us.
There is a particular kind of book you don't so much finish as move back into. Hexwood Hollow is ours. This is our third read-through, and it still finds new corners to surprise us with.
Why It Keeps Pulling Us Back
The forest is practically a character, the recipes are a love language, and the family arguments feel uncomfortably familiar. Each time round we notice something new — a throwaway line that turns out to be the whole book.
Read It With Us
It's also our book club pick for the 25th, so you have a very good reason to pick it up now. Bring a tea, a theory, and your least favourite character.
